IT'S FREEBIE TIME!

Hello everybody!
Today I will give you the first part of my new kit, "My Jeans". It was born in my mind while I was doing the makeover of my blog, and it is full of fabric, leather and metal elements, most of which are extracted from my own pictures of jeans and accessories of my family members.

But before you get it I would like to call your attention to a CT call from Kelly Jo Scraps... She is a talented designer who makes really gorgeous kits, she was used to give them away as freebies, but now  she has just started to sell them and needs some people to scrap some pages with her new kits... My first CT work for Dream Big Designs - Cookin' in my kitchen!

My new "boss", Cheri (Dream Big Designs), has just released her last kit: it's a kitchen kit full of nice kitchen elements, really funny to work with, suitable for food pictures and recipes, but not only... This is the preview:

Supreme Team contest at GoDigitalScrapbooking

I had applied to the Supreme Team contest at GoDigitalScrapbooking last week: it's a 4 rounds contest to choose their new creative team, I did not believe I would have gone far with it, but I was curious to test my capacities and to see where I could arrive... There were about 180 competitors, but at the end only 107 have posted their LO's, and the kit to work with was a sew themed kit by Tricia Curtis. I found it a real challenge to work with this kit because it is really suitable for those old old pictures of your parents... but I did not have old pictures, nor I have sew themed pictures... So I managed to use some pictures of my daughter I had converted to a sepia tone... and this was the result:

So, it seems I have been admitted to the second round of the contest! Now I can't wait to start with the second round, even if still I do not think I will go much further...

By the way, I suggest you to visit the contest gallery here: there are so many stunning layouts and it seems incredible how many different styles come out from a single kit!

I am on another CT! Dream Big Designs has accepted me!

Sorry for being a little bit late, but I am being quite busy in these days... anyway I am very happy of having  been accepted as a member on the CT of Cheri, at Dream Big Designs...
